Tap the Share button
At the bottom of Safari, tap the Share button — the box with an arrow pointing up ⬆. It's in the center of the bottom toolbar.

Can't see the toolbar? Scroll up slightly and it will reappear. The Share button is always in the middle of the bottom bar in Safari.

Tap "Add to Home Screen" → Add
In the share sheet that slides up, scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen". You'll see the BuildMode icon and name — tap "Add" in the top-right corner to confirm.

Scroll down in the share sheet — "Add to Home Screen" has a white square icon with a plus sign. After tapping Add, the BuildMode icon appears on your home screen instantly.
