Do I have to exercise?

Can I cancel or delete data?

Billing is handled by Stripe and can be managed from the app. You can also delete your account from More. What BuildMode Knows shows the memory used for coaching.

BuildMode is behavior support, not medical care. Talk with a clinician before starting if you have diabetes, PCOS, high blood pressure, are pregnant or postpartum, use weight-loss medication, have an eating disorder history, plan aggressive restriction, or feel dizzy, sick, or extremely hungry.
